Sorry to say this but it is totally speculative. It may be It may not be. It may be someone elses I140. You have to think about a way to get it from the employer or USCIS.
I am not a concurrent filer but i hope people would post their dates for your speculation. Good Luck.

you are nobody to the middle vendor and he has no contract or anything with you. Whether he pays your employer or not is none of your business... it is for those two to figure out.
Legally your employer has to pay you whether he is getting paid or not. If you want that $$$ complain against your employer before he closes the shop and files bankruptcy.

I was employed by company A between 2002 who has filed I-140 and I-485 in 2007.
After company ceased to exist, USCIS granted an H1 extension based on an approved ALC filing and I moved to company B. According to the owner of company A, it has no plans to file for bankruptcy.
Company B filed for the H1B extension and I received one that expires Oct 2012. However, company B is now unwilling to continue my employment. My employment will cease Nov 2010.
Besides looking for another job, anyone has any inputs?
Provide all your details in your profile (Prioroty date, I140 filing date, country etc., ). Then based on that, you can get relevant info from members.

Thanks...it gave me some work both, when taking it and post processing it, on account of the contrasting light conditions, but it came out quite alright.

Friends:
Two weeks ago I received an RFE for my E-Filed I-131 Advance Parole.
They requested two passport-style Photos but didn't mention where to send the RFE response.
However, on the top right-corner (next to the US Dept. Homeland security Logo) on the RFE page, there is an address (P.O Box 852381 Mesquite, Texas 75185-2381).
Underneath of the Director signature it has Officer # 159.
I'm really confused
1. Which address to send the RFE response?
2. Attention to what??? (Should I put Attn: to this officer # 159)
Please guide me ASAP...

yeah it does seem a bit un-alive. but i'm glad you like it man. Kirupa usually writes back and says - i've added it up when he likes a stamp. He will in time, no doubt but because of various contests that are taking place, perhaps he is very busy. In fact I am trying to think up a competition for him at the moment, but they all seem to have been done at some point in the past - t shirt etc. Perhaps the most obvious idea for a competition on a forum such as this would be a web page design? give people some guidlines and let them design a nice webpage in a sort of css style - but give them a title or ficticious company (perhaps something like - The new official site for Elvis and Graceland) - even if it is not an actual scripted site in html - only a jpg? but god knows who would give out prizes for such a contest. In the recent magazine cover competition (which i am a judge for) someone has offered considerable prizes. Maybe Kirupa could contact lisa marie and ask her ;)

What format are you saving images in? As I understand from what I've been told (I've shot with a D70, D1, and D200, but not a D100), the D100 can be quite a pain to use with compressed RAW, as it becomes very slow; are you sure the settings haven't somehow gotten changed to use RAW compression?

Aliens who married or had children before the date of obtaining permanent residency can possibly confer following-to-join benefits to their family members. Due to this process, spouses and children will be able to receive green cards quickly. Following-to join is not family based immigration, but is similar to a child/spouse receiving derivative benefits based on a primary LPRs immigration petition.
Here are the following requirements to be met in order for a spouse or child to qualify under following-to-join:
1. The LPR must have adjusted status or obtained an immigrant visa through a preference category (family or employment based) or diversity lottery. A LPRs visa number must also be current in order for a family member to receive following-to-join.
2. The petitioner married/had children before becoming a permanent resident and the relationship between the permanent resident and spouse/child is intact at the time of filing. Children of LPRs must be unmarried and under the age of 21. Furthermore, the child/step-child must be from an existing marriage before the LPR obtained permanent residency.
Following-to-join is convenient because it allows primary beneficiaries to do away with filing a separate I-130 for their spouse or child, greatly expediting the green card approval process. Furthermore, spouses and children of LPRs do not have to wait for a visa number to become available. Where a LPRs spouse or child currently resides affects what procedures he/she needs to follow. If ones spouse and/or child are already in the United States, they may apply for adjustment of status (I-485) based on following-to-join and if they are outside of the United States then LPRs need to inform a U.S. consulate of their lawful permanent residency status in order for their family members to apply for an immigrant visa.

Hi IV Gurus,
My Attorney filed my EAD application with invalid A# number in May,08 and my EAD got approved in July,08 with Invalid A# number. While going through my EAD card, I found invalid A# number on my EAD Card.
I sent a email to attorney regarding this one and he says that they filed EAD with invalid A# number and USCIS approved the EAD with Invalid A# number. It should not be an issue and the only way to fix this would be to file a new I-765 application and get a new EAD. It is certainly not an issue for employment eligibility at your current company".
Attorney also saying that they can file new EAD, but he needs send my Original EAD card along with the application.
My Questions are
1).Do I need send my Original EAD along with new EAD application ? Can I file with new EAD application with photo copy of my current EAD ?
2). Can I keep my current EAD (with Invalid A# Number on it) and apply next re-newel period with correct A# Number?
3).If I leave the country, while coming back at Port Of Entry do I see any problem? My I-485 and AP with valid A# Number and EAD with Invalid A# Number..
4).Do I see any issue, if I switch job with current EAD with Invalid A# Number?
Please give your suggestions.
Thanks.

If wife name is not mentioned what is the consequence?
I just checked mine, my wife name was mentioned but my son wasnt, and we applied his 485 without any problems, so i think you should not have any problems as long as you file her 485 with marriage certificate before your 485 is approved.

Your priority date is not yet current. It will be in August.
Also you need to prove that you have exhausted all ways to get it adjudicated.
InfoPass - Eitherway its useless
Approaching your senator.
If none of these work then you apply for WOM
Otherwise your case will be weak and be thrown out
Thanks a lot for the reply, gcpool
